Survived by Siblings, Bob (Gail) Gorrell, Jeanne (Chuck) Jaakola, Ron (Mary) Gorrell, Vicki (Jim) Krause; Many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.
Larry was a Christian Brother for 10 years, started his teaching career at Grace High School in 1970, executive director of City Center Theatre in NYC, executive director of Hennepin for the Arts, Minneapolis, appointed multiple times to the MN Arts Board. He served St. Mary's University in a number of leadership roles including faculty member, dean of the School of the Arts, director of the M.A. in Human Development program, coordinator of the M.A. in Lasallian Studies and Performance Center general manager. Larry is credited with founding the Arts Administration program in 1991. Most recently, he served as assistant director of the M.A. in Human Development program until May of 2015 and was continuing his passion for teaching. A leader in the arts world, he also directed many plays on campus and with Home and Community Options.

St. Maron's Church with visitation 2 hours prior.
Memorials will be directed to Larry's favorite charities.
