Raymond "Roman" Nykyforuk

Age 57, of Northeast Minneapolis, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 13th.

Preceded in death by Grandparents, Michael & Alexandra Kwiatkowski; Parents, Jurij & Halyna Nykyforuk; Brother-in-law, Jerry Pidhayny.

Survived by Sister, Alice “Lesya”Pidhayny; Nephews, Mark, Andrew (Joelle), Taras; Grandnieces, Ava, Brynn; and many other relatives.

He was a drummer and accompanist for the Cheremosh Ukrainian Dance Ensemble and the Ukrainian Polka Band, Charivnyky (The Enchanters).

Visitation on Wednesday, July 16th, 5:00-8:00 PM at Kapala-Glodek Funeral Home, 230 13th Avenue NE, Minneapolis with a Panachyda beginning at 7:00 PM. Divine Liturgy will be on Thursday, July 17th, 10:00 AM at St. Constantine Ukrainian Catholic Church, 515 University Avenue NE, Minneapolis, with visitation ½ hour prior. Interment to follow at Sunset Cemetery, Minneapolis.
