He was born on January 15, 1943 to Benjamin and Marge Arnold in Minneapolis, MN. Richard served in the Army from 1967-1969.

Graveside Services will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Sunset Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN.
