Passed away December 23, 2010. Survived by his wife, Delphine; children, Richard (Mary), Marjorie (Donald) Troupe, George (Jacqueline); grandchildren, Damien (Carla) Troupe, Kasey (Meghan), Dr.'s Emilie (Matthew) Del Mastro, Kelly (Annie); great-grandchildren, Reese and Audrey Weeks, Anna Troupe; beloved cat, Rufus. He was a Seaman First Class in WWII and a US Navy Seabee. Richard graduated from the U of M in 1950 with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree and was a lifetime member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. Funeral Service Monday, 11:00 am, at Sunset Funeral Home, 2250 St. Anthony Blvd. NE, Minneapolis, with a visitation one hour prior. Interment Sunset Cemetery.
