Age 62, of Brooklyn Center

Passed away July 23, 2016

Preceded in death by his Parents, Leroy and Adeline Paquette; Sister, Paula Paquette; Aunt, Ione Pacyga; Uncle, Harold Blank; Niece, Gabby Paquette.

Survived by his Daughter, Ryan Lynn (Mike) Henry; Son, Thomas Joseph (Abby) Paquette; Grandchildren, Ellie May Tottingham, Reese Ava Paquette; Siblings, Gary (Carol), Greg (Marilee), David (Debbie), Michelle (the Late Tom), John (Monica), Laurie (Paul), and his Twin Brother, Tim (Sue); further survived by many Nieces, Nephews, other Relatives and Friends.

Tom enjoyed spending time with his Children and Grandchildren. He also loved his cats. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

Tom’s family wishes to thank the staff at the U of M Cardiology Unit and his LVAD coordinator, for their wonderful care they provided to Tom.
