This is Todd's cousin Steve Wasik. I'm so sorry to hear about Todd. Attached is a photo of my cousin from the early '80s at Lake Minnetonka. Todd will always be in my thoughts and prayers.

Todd, it  has been a month now and I really do miss you! I know this is the way it is meant to be but I am still having a hard time coming to terms with this.  I will always love you and all that we shared.  Please guide me in this life to be the best that I can be. I appreciate you and will always love you with all my heart baby-Rest my love and someday....

Todd in the short time we were together I felt that we were connected as I never felt before.  We had so many good times and I will greatly miss you in so many different ways, I love you my sweet man and i hope you are happy in the better place I know you are now.  All my love, Tracy

I am truly sorry to hear of Todd's passing. My heart goes out to the entire Fox family and all of Todd's friends. May he rest in peace.

We send our deepest sympathy to the entire Fox Family. Todd will be greatly missed in our neighborhood here at the lake . We enjoyed our visits and his "waves" as he drove by.We will miss his boat lights coming in at night and us signaling to him by flashing our yard lights and Todd flashing his boat lights back at us . He was such a gentle and helpful man . May Todd rest in peace.

This past fall and spring Todd did a fantastic job of replacing windows on my cottage in Annandale. He was my fix-it, handiman at the cottage and I always felt he was very talented, efficient, the quality of his work excellent, and he was very fair. I will miss Todd. I got to know Todd and appreciated him as a person.  The projects he completed so aptly leave a lasting reminder of Todd and his talent.

Guide everyone in the right direction. Stand by our sides everyday. Give us strength when we need it most. We always are going to need you, can you prove you're still there please?

Todd was my moms boyfriend... He enjoyed my brother and I very much. I know so many people loved Todd. He was a respectable man who loved so many people. He always bent over backward for people. He's going to be missed so much. I hope he's up there watching over everyone who loved him... <3

Todd was a good neighbor.  He always was there to offer his concern and kindness.  Our lives have been enriched by knowing Todd.  God bless Todd and his family.

We've only known Todd a few years as his neighbors, but he was about the best one we ever had. He became a good friend and was always offering to help in any way he could. We are truely going to miss him. He was a very good man. We will meet again someday.
