Walter Joseph Kozmik

Survived by wife of 30 years, Barbara; daughters, Michelle (Jason) Jirak and Christine Kozmik; sister, Albina (Erwin) Bourgeois and sister-in-law, Barbara Ann Kozmik; many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by parents, Anna and Walter Sr. and siblings, Mary, John, Frances, Stephania and Thaddeus.

Graduate of All Saints, Vocational and University of Minnesota with a EE degree. Former Army Radio Specialist stationed in Taiwan following the Korean War in 1954, retired employee of 45 years of Minco Products Inc.

Wally was born, lived and passed away in Northeast Minnepaolis. His legacy was that he helped everyone.

Thank you to all those at Catholic Eldercare who cared for "Uncle Wally" for three years. Thank you also to Allina Health Hospice for making his last days more comfortable.

Viewing is scheduled 1 hour prior to 11 AM Mass of Christian Burial at All Saints Catholic Church, 435 4th Street NE, Minneapolis on Saturday, February 28, 2015. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery.
