So sorry to hear of Angus passing. What a wonderful man he was and a dear friend to my father. I find it comforting to know that Dad would have been welcoming his best friend in Heaven.

The Third Wheel

September 4, 2019

What do you say about one of the GREATS,

Angus is the kind man I wish I could be one day. I have always been drawn to him and his magnetic personality and really enjoyed the back and forth banter that no one else in the room was a part of. But most of all I enjoyed being the third wheel to so many of Page and Angus's great adventures.

Page, I simply just don't have the vocabulary to describe what Angus or the both of you mean/meant to me, so how about a little trip down memory lane? The Lone Jack, The Spaghetti Factory, Cost Cutters, Nicola Lake, Whidbey Island, Fort Casey, Fire Ants, Matsque Pool, Both Alan Johnson's, Visiting Angus's mom, Kite Fishing, Fire on the Farm, Marry Poppins, Snowball Express, Porky's, Sick as a dog from his Chew, His first Aluminum River Boat and Going to Whatcom Community College (a few times). Just a few good flash backs!

April and Cindy, your father was an inspiration to me and I owe your parents everything and I'm so glad you guys were grown up when I was born, so I didn't have to share!

Forever in our hearts!

Our family is very sorry to hear the passing of our friend who was so very kind. I myself enjoyed fishing with him and visiting him and Paige at their home. I always enjoyed picking him up on the side of the road walking to the gas station to hob knob with the local neighbors and friends. Many times I would pull over on the side of the road to talk and play with the dogs. We will always remember him for a small part of him is with us that he has made a birdhouse.

Angus is a gentleman and a lovely soul. He was always the highlight of my morning coffee at the station. His smile and laughter infectious..his stories enchanting. We will always think fondly of Angus and he will forever remain in our hearts.
