Bruno Mannella

With sadness, the family of Bruno Mannella announce that he passed away peacefully on March 24, 2022 at the age of 86. He was born January 28, 1936 in Ateleta, Italy. Bruno will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 62 years Iola, daughters Mirella (Dennis), Florenza (Derrick ), daughter-in-law Cecelia, grandchildren Stefani (Chris), Katherine (Ryan), Emily (Clinton) and Nicholas, great grandsons Tegan and Kade. Pre deceased by beloved son Tony in 2016.

Bruno was a very kind, gentle and generous man who was always willing to help. He volunteered at his church, the food bank and through Knights of Columbus. Numerous friends and family relied on his many handyman skills.

He was always there for anyone, patient and understanding, never judging.

Bruno enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking and playing cards. He never turned down a game of bocce. Bruno and Iola loved to socialize and attend dances with family and friends. He will be missed by all.

Funeral Mass will be held March 31, 2022 at St. Joseph’s Parish, Mission, BC. Interment at Hatzic Cemetery
