Derek was born to Jozsef and Erin Nemeth on December 2, 1975, in Vancouver, BC.
Derek and Renee, his loving wife of 24 years, have 4 children, Morgan (Kevin), Mikayla, Karissa, and Michael, and 3 grandchildren, Benjamin, Isla, and Logan.
In addition to being a dedicated and loving husband and father, Derek held an unwavering faith in God, which he shared with those who surrounded him.
Derek joins his brother Michael in heaven. He is survived by his wife Renee and their children and grandchildren, parents Joe and Erin, sister Thamar (Neil), and brother Joey (Janna), as well as his niece, nephews, many cousins, aunts, and uncles who loved him.
