ROBINSON, Edward Joseph George June 1, 1943 - June 27, 2015. George was a decorated Vietnam War veteran and our family hero, serving with the 101st Airborne Division in Vietnam. He received a Bronze Star medal for heroism, the Army Air medal for meritorious achievement, the Army Commendation medal for exceptional meritorious achievement and the Purple Heart for wounds received in action.
He was predeceased by his father Art Robinson and mother Martha Robinson. Survived by his sister Georgette Lafreniere, brother Art Robinson, sister Diane, sister Rosemary, brother Bob, Dan and several nieces and nephews.
George has finally found peace in the arms of our Lord.
Prayers will be held at St Joseph’s Parish 32550 7th Avenue, Mission on Thursday July 9, 2015 at 7:00pm.
Funeral Mass will be also held at St Joseph’s Parish on Friday July 10th, 2015 at 10:30 am.
