Nancy, I'm so very sorry and saddened to hear of Joe's passing. I will remember him for his sense of humour, his big hugs and his beaming smile. I am sending you and Andre my love, hugs and strength at this difficult time. Lots of love, Irma

We mourn the loss of our cousin Joe Garneau, a good guy who led a courageous and full life.  Joe always expressed his pride in his home of choice in B.C., his love for Nancy and Andre, and the many things and people he touched doing what he loved in that lovely area.  Joe visited my brothers and me in Pittsburgh in 1963 when he was twenty.  Then he and we were off to lead our lives, keeping in touch, but missing chances to get together, always intending to do it.  God bless Joe, who joins his Mom, Helen, and his Dad, Joseph Garneau, Sr.  We will miss him.   Stuart Herrington
