With sadness, the family of Richard Allan Blaine announce that he passed away peacefully on August 16, 2020 at Ridge Meadows Hospital at the age of 73. He was born on February 20, 1947 in Vancouver, BC. He will be lovingly remembered by his children Steve Blaine and Laura Sims (Darryl); grandchildren Cody, Colten, Kurtis and Brandon; brother Bob Blaine and sister in-law Jackie as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
He's in the sun,
the wind, the rain,
he's in the air you
breathe with every
breath you take.
He sings a song
of hope and cheer,
there's no more pain,
no more fear.
You'll see him in
the clouds above,
hear him whisper
words of love, you'll
be together before
long, until then
