Mamà¡, hace seis meses de tu partida y ahun duele tu ausencia, parece que fue ayer. Sembraste muchos recuerdos bonitos durante tu vida, y eso me llena de tu presencia. Te doy las gracias de nuevo por dedicar tu vida a tu familia y por tu amor eterno. Es una gran dicha para mi que tu eres mi madre.

Querida Madre!  Te extrano mucho y siempre te recordare por tu gran sentido del humor. Especialmente cuando te decia "Collilli, Collilli", y tus saludos por telefono que me hacian reir. Fuiste una madre maravillosa y luchadora. Te nos fuiste muy pronto, yo esperaba que le llegues a los 100 anos. Espero volver a verte algun dia.

I am so grateful that I was able to have you in my life  and that my children got to know you as well.  You were more than just my grandmother, you were a role model, babysitter, story teller, and an extraordinary woman. I will never forget your sense of humor and wonderful  laugh. You will forever be missed. Our loss is heavens gain.  Until we meet again.

I still remember the sound of your infectious laugh and your sense of humor. You were so strong and a rock for our family. I miss our times in Tepa when I would visit and you would show me all the things you loved and the stories that abound your life. It is because of you that I can read and write in Spanish...thank you. You are gone but never forgotten and you will stay in my heart forever. Love you chuyita!

Dear Abuelita, 

I am so grateful for the time we had together. Thank you for strengthening our family with your unconditional love and understanding, and for showing us the power of prayer and faith. Thank you for raising eight wonderful children, one of which I am proud to call my mom. Our family would not be the tight-knit, loving family we are today if it wasn't for your kind and gentle example. From you I have learned that everything happens for a reason and to keep a positive attitude no matter what life throws your way. I will always carry that part of you with me. I am so proud to be your granddaughter and I look forward to seeing you again in my dreams and in heaven. Te quiero mucho.

Madre mia, como tu hija siempre pense que las Madres como tu serian eternas en este mundo.  Tuve el privilegio de estar a tu lado y ver la ultima misa en vida y presensiar tu sonrisa al encontrar las llaves del cielo.
Fuiste una gran Madre y Padre a la vez, aunque mi Corazon no cabe en este cuerpo de tristeza, no debo ser egoista.  Guiame desde el cielo para poder consolar y demostrar mi amor a todos mis hermanos y hermanas.
Se que ahora estas con tus seres queridos y el cielo esta de fiesta por tu llegada.
