Ramon Fatman P. Gomez

A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, December 28 at Mission Hills Catholic Mortuary, 11160 Stranwood Avenue, Mission Hills, California 91345, Father Ever Quintero will be officiating. Burial will follow at San Fernando Mission Cemetery in Mission Hills.

Ramon was born November 7, 1944 in Mexico to Trinidad Gomez and Anita Martinez. In 1958 he married Adela Caballero in New Hall. Ramon loved building construction and worked as a foreman for 20+ years. He was a devoted family man, a loving husband and a great father. He took care of his wife after he retired. He loved nature, working in his yard and growing fruit trees. He spent most of his morning walking with his dog in the nearby dam. He enjoyed sports, especially soccer. He also enjoyed fixing things up around his house and spending time with his daughter and grandchildren.

Ramon is survived by his wife Adela of 47 years, his daughter, Anita Gomez and her husband Terence of Pacoima, CA, his four sons, Noel Gomez and his wife Diane of Mexico, Alberto Gomez and his wife Jutah of Dallas, TX, Ramon Gomez and his wife Sandra of Mission Hills, CA, Alfonso Gomez and his wife Fabby of Mission Hills, CA; and many loving grandchildren, and extended family.
