Sabina Portillo

Sabina Portillo, 86, died December 21, 2015, with her family by her side in Panorama City. She was born February 9, 1929, in Oxicala, El Salvador to Juana Portillo and Francisco Hernandez. She was active member of St. Patrick Church. She devoted her time to always making sure everyone left her house happy. Her sense of humor brought so much joy to family and friends. She always gave everyone courage and hope. She always said, " life is precious and enjoy every moment of it." She loved to cook and made the best pupusas for family and friends. Sabina is survived by her loving sons, daughters, daughter-in-laws, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Sabina touched the lives of many people with her smile and generosity. She maintained her trademark sense of humor all the way to the end. "Sabina's life was a blessing and her memory a treasure. She was loved beyond words and will dearly be missed beyond measure."
