Edinburg - Alma Leticia Rios, 60, entered eternal rest on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at Doctor’s Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg. She was born on September 7, 1955 to Domitilo Rios and Ernestina Moya de la Rosa in Mexico. She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Mirtala De La Rosa and son-in-law, Jose G. Lopez, Jr.
She is survived by her loving family; common law husband, Rolando Garza; daughters, Erica Rios(Mariano Avila, Jr.), Angelica Lopez, Lorena E. (Renee Tijerina) Renteria, Isabel (Jessica Vasquez) Renteria; Grandchildren, Isaiah Avila, Emilio Villarreal, III, Bella A. Villarreal, Joangel G. Lopez, Joseph G. Lopez, Josiah G. Lopez; siblings, San Juanita Luna, Maria Rios De Castillo, Bertha A. De La Rosa, Sylvia De La Rosa and Abelardo De La Rosa.
Family will receive Friends Tuesday, August 30, 2016 from 4pm – 9pm with a prayer service at 7pm at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission. A chapel service will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at 11am. Interment of ashes will take place at a later date. Funeraria Del Angel of Mission is in charge of arrangements.
