Beatriz López

She enjoyed cooking, tending to her plants, family, and friends, dancing with the love of her life, and most importantly spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a devoted Catholic who participated in many church clubs such as the Guadalupanas, Lector for 7 am mass, Marriage classes, and Baptism classes. She was born in Brownsville, Texas, to Jose and Victoria Rocha. Bella is preceded in death by her parents, her siblings, Dominga Guajardo, Dora Jarboe, Luis Rocha, Maria Ascencion Moreno, Francisca Quintero, Jose Rocha, Adela Vela, her son-in-law, Gonzalo Garcia, and her step-sons, Fabian Lopez Jr. and Joe David Molina. She is survived by her husband, Fabian Lopez, her children, Juana Maria Perez (Frank), Beatriz L. Garcia (Gonzalo+), Jose M. Lopez (Blanca), Belinda Lopez (Anthony Thompson), Eduardo Lopez (Veronica), her "adopted" son, Glenn Scott (Geneva), her daughters-in-law, Jeanine Lopez and Katherine Garcia, and her siblings, Cesario Rocha and Margarita Valdez. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
