Blanca Alicia Chapa

MCALLEN- Blanca Alicia Chapa, 67, left to be with the Lord on October 21, 2019 in McAllen. She was born to Jose Garcia and Petra Pulido on July 11, 1952 in Pharr, Texas. Blanca loved to cook, gamble and play loteria and cubilete with her beloved family on Saturday nights.Left to cherish her memory are her loving children: Vidal (Irma) Chapa Jr., Josefa "Josie" Cuellar Chapa, Andres (Andy Pesina) Chapa; grandchildren: Terry & Lee Canales, Joe & Carolina Barrientes, Ashley Barrientes, Joshua Chapa, Maite E Cuellar, Juan M. Cuellar Jr. and Mauricio A. Cuellar. She will also be greatly missed by her great-grandchildren: Logan R. Canales, Nathaniel "Nate" Barrientes, Marcos A. Barrientes, Francisco J. Cuellar; siblings: Maricela (Memo) Palacios, Gloria (Jorge) Galvan, Iliana (Ruben) Robles and Severo "Cheve" (Yolanda) Cano. Family will receive friends October 23, 2019 from 7 pm to 12 am at Funeraria del Angel in Mission. Visitation will continue October 24, 2019 from 9 am to 12 pm at Funeraria del Angel in Mission. Funeral service will be held at 1 pm, October 24, 2019 at Funeraria del Angel in Mission. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in McAllen. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Funeraria del Angel of Mission.
