Elizabeth Villarreal Leal, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away surrounded by the love of her family. She was born to Ramon Villarreal and Hilaria Saenz and built a life centered on faith, family, and unwavering love.
Elizabeth is survived by her devoted husband, Francisco Javier Leal; her loving children, Lizette Villarreal, Francisco Leal, and Roxana Leal; and her cherished grandchildren, Jose Nino (Bridgette), Alejandro Villarreal (Samantha), David Molina, Desiree Leal, Kayla Leal, and Elija Pena. Her family was the greatest joy of her life, and she treasured every moment spent with her children and grandchildren.
Elizabeth was a passionate Dallas Cowboys fan who never missed the opportunity to cheer on her favorite team. Her greatest source of strength, however, was her faith. As a devoted member of The Salvation Army Church, she found the fresh start she had long been searching for. Through the love of her church family and the saving grace of Jesus Christ, her life was transformed. Her church became more than a place of worship—it became a family that walked alongside her in faith, hope, and love.
She was a woman of remarkable strength who fought tirelessly for her children and family. Her compassion, resilience, and generous spirit touched everyone who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of faith, perseverance, and unconditional love that will continue to inspire those whose lives she touched.
Elizabeth will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever held in the hearts of her family, friends, and church family. Though she is no longer with us, her faith assures us that she is at peace in the presence of the Lord.
