She was preceded in death by her parents Apolonio and Maria Salinas; her daughter Yolanda Narvaez; and by her siblings Delfina Villalobos, Ignacia Garcia, Filiberto Salinas, Santana Salinas, Jesus Salinas, Octavio Salinas, Tomas Salinas and Concepcion Gonzalez.
Francisca is survived by her loving husband Jose Angel Lozano; her children Maria(Arturo) A. Pena, Blanca(Albert) Arias, Jose(Rosalinda) Angel Lozano Jr., Dora(Rolando) Villalobos, Francisco(Maria de Jesus) Lozano and Yadira(Valentin Pacheco) Lozano; 16 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by Josefa Perez, Leonarda Salinas and Francisco Salinas.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20, 2025 at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at Funeraria Del Angel at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mission.
