

Frank Carrasco, 70, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away surrounded by loved ones on September 30, 2025. He was a man whose heart was as big as his smile, always ready to lend a helping hand, share a laugh, or create cherished memories with those he loved most.
Frank was preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Vanessa Carrasco; his parents, Antonio and Felipa Carrasco; his father- and mother-in-law, Victor and Consuelo De Leon; and his brother, Antonio Carrasco.
He is survived by his loving wife, Maria (Kay) Carrasco; his daughter, Veronica Carrasco Martinez, her husband, Angel Martinez; and his adored grandchildren, Kaylee Vanessa Carrasco, Audree Zoe Martinez, and Aaron Matthew Martinez, who were the light of his life. Frank is also survived by his brothers Gonzalo Carrasco and Ezequiel Carrasco; his sisters Mary Camarillo, Elvia (Connie) Rodriguez, Nora Mendoza, and Alma Carrasco.
Frank found joy in life’s simple pleasures — spending time with family, especially his grandchildren, whom he loved dearly. He enjoyed days at the beach, fishing trips, and cheering on his favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys. Above all, Frank will be remembered for his generous spirit, unwavering love for his family, and the countless memories he created with everyone fortunate enough to know him.
His legacy of kindness, laughter, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
