She is preceded in death by her parents Eluterio and Bruna Rocha; by her husband Ramon Benavides Sr.; and by her siblings Eluterio Rocha, Efrain Rocha, Rodolfo Rocha, Feliciana "Chana" Palacios and Maria Edilia Reyna.
She is survived by her son Ramon(Estela) Benavides Jr.; by her grandchildren Brooke Benavides, Ramon(Jatziry) Benavides III, Brian Benavides and Monica Benavides; and by 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 2, 2022 at Funeraria Del Angel, Chapel of Remembrance in Mission from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral service will be held on Monday, January 3, 2022 at Funeraria Del Angel at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
