Le precedió en la muerte su amada esposa María Luisa García.

Le sobreviven sus tres hijas Mary(Robert) Gonzalez, Neldy(Gerardo) Hinojosa y Lizet(Emilio) Cortez. También le sobreviven 9 nietos; Kassandra, Arianna, Bella, April, Nataly, Edric, Clarissa, Lia y Elias. También deja tres hermanos y una hermana; Leopoldo, José, Artemio y Alicia.

El velorio se llevará a cabo el jueves 17 de agosto de 2023 en Funeraria Del Angel en Mission de 2:00 p. m. a 10:00 p. m. con un rosario rezado a las 6:00 p. m. La misa funeral se llevará a cabo el viernes 18 de agosto de 2023 en Nuestra Señora del Santo Rosario en Misión a las 10:00 am. El entierro seguirá en el cementerio Valley Memorial Gardens en Mission.

Guadalupe Garcia, age 77, of McAllen, Texas passed away on Monday, August 14, 2023.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Maria Luisa Garcia.

He is survived by his three daughters Mary(Robert) Gonzalez, Neldy(Gerardo) Hinojosa, and Lizet(Emilio) Cortez. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; Kassandra, Arianna, Bella, April, Nataly, Edric, Clarissa, Lia, and Elias. He also leaves behind three brothers and one sister; Leopoldo, Jose, Artemio and Alicia.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm with a rosary recited at 6:00 pm. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, August 18, 2023 at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary in Mission at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mission.
