He was born on March 19, 1977 to Arturo N. Longoria and Delores Adams Longoria. He is survived by his wife, Hsinyi L. Longoria; daughter, Ling Alicia Longoria, his father Arturo N. (Norma) Longoria; mother, Delores Adams Longoria; brothers, Nomar E. Longoria, Matthew A. (Yesenia) Longoria, and Ethan J. (Brenda) Longoria; and nephew, Jacob A. Longoria.
Dr. Longoria graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in history. He then went on to complete a degree in medicine at the University of Texas-Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, TX. From there he successfully completed a residency in neuropsychiatry at Parkland Hospital. He worked in the psychiatric emergency ward in Green Oaks Hospital in Dallas.
Aside from his academic achievements, he was a gifted guitarist and an avid outdoorsman.
