She is preceded in death by her mother Norma Lee Rivera and her brother Joseph Michael Rivera.
She is survived by her loving husband Rick Mendez; her daughters Emilia and Abbigail Mendez; her father Juan Rivera Jr.; and by her brother Johnny Rivera(Yesenia).
Visitation will be held today, October 17, 2018 at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at 10:00 am at Palm Valley Church in Mission. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Funeraria Del Angel of Mission.
