Jordan is survived by his parents: Jhoan and Alexzandria Chapa, and his little brother Adrian Chapa. He also leaves behind great -grand parents, grand-parents, aunts, uncles, and several cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 29, 2021 at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at Funeraria Del Angel at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
