Jorge Luis Barrera

Jorge Luis Barrera, age 71, of McAllen, Texas passed away on Monday, March 13, 2023. Jorge is survived by his children; Maritza Mabel Barrera; Miriam Marlene Guerrero (Eduardo); Myrna Melissa Barrera (Francisco); Manuel Alejandro Arevalo; and Georgina Barrera (Donaldo); his siblings; Oneyda Adame, Norberto Barrera, Enrique Barrera, Omar Barrera, Aida Villarreal and Otila Gongora. Jorge was preceded in death by his wife Maria Elena Perez; and his parents; Enrique Barrera and Guadalupe Villarreal Barrera. Mr. Barrera also left 7 grandchildren to cherish his memory. A Visitation for Jorge will be held Wednesday, March 15, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM and a Rosary reciting at 7:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel, Mission, TX. A Chapel Service will occur Thursday, March 16, 2023 at 12:00 PM, at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission, TX., followed by A burial at 1:00 PM at Valley Memorial Gardens.
