He is survived with deep sorrow by his wife, Rosa Suarez; four children, Deborah Gonzalez, Jose Cruz (Esperanza) Gonzalez III, Michael Lee (Kristan) Gonzalez, Abraham Gonzalez; four siblings, David Gonzalez, Gilbert Gonzalez, Jimmy Gonzalez, Diana Orta Gonzalez; ten grandchildren; many more family and friends.
Jose is received in heaven by his parents, Jose Cruz and Amalia Gonzalez.
A viewing will be held at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission on Sunday, December 7, 2025, from 5pm to 9pm with a prayer service at 7pm. A funeral service will be at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission on Monday, December 8, 2025 at 10am followed by burial at Valley Memorial Gardens.
