He is survived by his loving wife Rosalva Sosa; his father Anastacio Sosa; his children Jose de Jesus Sosa Jr.(Veronica), Eva Sosa-Laredo(Jose) and Adan Sosa(Charon); his grandchildren David Sosa, Alexis Sosa, Destiny Sosa, Ariana Laredo, Alina Laredo, Abigail Sosa and Alijah Sosa; his sister Silvia Gonzalez; and by his brothers Javier Sosa, Marcos Sosa, Gerardo Sosa and Juan Sosa.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at Victorious Life Temple in McAllen from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm. Visitation will continue on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at Funeraria Del Angel, Chapel of Remembrance in Mission from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at 12:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
