He is preceded in death by his father Juan Fernando Perez and by his niece Nedra Ivonne Rodriguez.
He is survived by his children Juan(Paige) Fernando Perez III and Gabriela Monique Perez; his mother Olga Alicia Perez; his grandchildren Sadie, Lilly, Logan, Isabel, Nicole and David; his sister Ivonne Rodriguez and by his brother Raul Perez.
A visitation for Juan will be held Wednesday, August 31, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel, 3611 North Taylor Road, Mission, Texas 78573 with a rosary recited at 6:00 pm and a service at 7:00 pm.
