

Guadalupe Bocanegra, who left us on March 14, 2026 at the age of 95. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend. Maria Guadalupe will be missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.
Born on December 1, 1930 in Guadalajara Jalisco, Mexico. Maria
Guadalupe Bocanegra was the child of Honorato Becerra and Maria Elena Bautista. Throughout her life, Maria Guadalupe Bocanegra was known for her devotion to her faith, love and generosity to her friends, dedication to serve others, but her greatest passion and pride was always her family. She enjoyed bringing everyone together and making them laugh. Nothing made her happier than being surrounded by the people she loved. Her love, warmth and kindness will always remain in our hearts. Although we will miss her deeply, the love she gave us and the memories we shared shall never be forgotten. Her memory will continue to guide us, remind us to stay united and inspire us to love one another the way she always encouraged.
Maria Guadalupe Bocanegra is survived with deep sorrow by her
sons Roberto Bocanegra married to Nora Quintana Bocanegra,
Juan Jose Bocanegra married to Tina Maestas. Grandchildren-Jose
Javier Bocanegra, Corina Bocanegra Beavers, Tupamara Maestas,
Miguel Angel Bocanegra married to Sandra Herrera, Eric Reyna
married to Abigail Reyna, Robert Adam Bocanegra II. Great
Grandchildren- Curtis Stanford Trull III, Angela Isabella Borgmann,
Camila Guadalupe Bocanegra, Evaluna Victoria Bocanegra,
Evianna Joy Reyna, Adira Grazia Reyna, Ariella Xaria Reyna, and
many more family and friends.
Maria Guadalupe Bocanegra was preceded in death by her parents, Honorato Becerra and Maria Elena Bautista. Siblings - Fausto Sandoval, Simona Sandoval, Maria De La Luz, Margarita Sandoval.
The family invites relatives and friends to a celebration of Guadalupe Bocanegra's life at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 from 5pm to 10pm with a rosary at 7pm. Funeral mass will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 10am followed by burial at Valley Memorial Gardens.
