She was born in Los Ramones, Nuevo Leon, MX, to Bernardo Garza Trevino and Vidala Gonzalez on December 23, 1938.
She is Preceded in death by her husband Osiel De La Garza.
She is survived by her children, Maria Teresa Hernandez of Mission, Nora Salazar of McAllen, Moises De La Garza, and Jose De La Garza both of Mission, and Melba Lopez of Pharr, TX; ten grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; one brother Jesus Garza of Monterrey, MX.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 19, 2013 from 11 am to 9 pm with a rosary at 7 pm, at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission.
Funeral service will be held on Monday, May 20, 2013 at 1 pm at San Martin De Porres Catholic Church with burial to follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in Mission.
