Pedro Martinez

Pedro grew up part of his childhood in Mission, TX, where he attended elementary school. At an early age he moved to Reynosa, MX where he continued studying. At the age of 17 he began his adventure in agriculture where he harvested different types of vegetation throughout the United States with his family.

Pedro married Martha in 1992 in Hidalgo County. They were happily married for 12 years; until her passing. Pedro was a member of Los Levitas Ministries where he grew up in the gospel with his brothers in Christ. He enjoyed going to church, helping those in need, and being a servant of God.

Pedro was preceded by his parents, his sister Gloria Martinez and his brother Lino Martinez.

Pedro is survived by his son Victor Herrera, stepson Juan Cervantes and stepdaughter María Miguel; his five grandchildren, Abigail, Leslie, Anthony, Denise, and Damaris; and his two great-grandchildren, Elliott and Martha; his brothers Juan Martinez and Arturo Martinez; his sisters, Guadalupe Martinez, Alicia Martinez and Maria Luisa Martinez; and many nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held on December 2, 2021 from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel with a service from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

The memorial service will be held on December 3, 2021 at 12:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens at 1:00 pm (across the street from funeral home).

Pedro Martínez, de 73 años, partio con Dios el 29 de Noviembre de 2021 en Mission Regional Hospital ubicado en Mission, TX. Nació el 19 de Octubre de 1948 en La Feria, TX a Filemon y Canuta (Rivas) Martinez.

Pedro creció parte de su infancia en Mission, TX, donde asistió a la escuela primaria. A temprana edad se mudó a Reynosa, MX donde continuó estudiando. A la edad de 17 años comenzó su aventura en la agricultura donde cosechaba diferentes tipos de vegetación a lo largo de los Estados Unidos.

Pedro se casó con Martha en 1992 en el condado de Hidalgo. Estuvieron felizmente casados ​​durante 12 años, hasta que ella partio con Dios. Pedro fue miembro de Los Levitas Ministries donde crecio en evanjelio con sus hermanos en cristo. El disfrutaba asistir a la iglesia, ayudar a quien lo necesitaba, y ser un siervo de Dios.

Pedro fue precedido por sus padres, su hermana Gloria Martinez y su hermano Lino Martinez.

A Pedro le sobreviven su hijo Victor Herrera, hijastro Juan Cervantes y hijastra María Miguel; sus cinto nietos, Abigail, Leslie, Anthony, Denise y Damaris; y sus dos visnietos, Elliott y Martha; sus hermanos Juan Martinez y Arturo Martinez; sus hermanas, Guadalupe Martinez, Alicia Martinez y Maria Luisa Martinez; y muchos sobrinos y sobrinas.

El velorio sera el 2 de diciembre de 2021 de 2:00 pm a 9:00 pm en Funeraria Del Angel con un servicio de 7:00 pm a 8:00 pm.

El servicio conmemorativo se llevará a cabo el 3 de diciembre de 2021 a las 12:00 pm en Funeraria Del Angel. El entierro seguirá en Valley Memorial Gardens a la 1:00 pm (al otro lado de la calle de la funeraria).
