He is preceded in death by his parents Ruperto and Leoncia Garcia.
Isaac is survived by his loving wife Rosa Imelda Garcia; his children Doris Garcia, Luis Isaac Garcia(Celene), and Analia Garcia(Juan Angel); his grandchildren Maximiliano, Marxela, Sofia, Galilea and Grecia; and by his siblings Wes Garcia, Ruperto Garcia and Elisa Garcia.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 27, 2022 at Funeraria Del Angel, Chapel of Serenity from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral service will be held on Monday, March 28, 2022 at Funeraria Del Angel at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mission.
