They are survived by Elida Rodriguez (Wife), Lupita Rodriguez (Daughter), Andy Rodriguez (Son), Jose Refugio Rodriguez (Son), Beatriz Bradford (Daughter), Esmer Montelongo (Daughter), Grandchildren: Brisi Rodriguez, Stephanie Rodriguez, Andrea Rodriguez, Camille Rodriguez, Conner Bradford, Caiden Bradford, Carson Bradford, Caleb Heim, Eli Montelongo and Hannah Montelongo.

Siblings: Juan Rodriguez, Margarita Corona, Anna Ramirez, Josefina Vasquez, Alfonso Acevedo, Ramiro Acevedo and Jose Soledad Acevedo..
