Rene Reyna, age 79, of McAllen, Texas passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2023.

Rene is survived by his beloved wife, Adela Reyna; his daughter Sandra Gonzalez (Mario); his son Rene Reyna Jr. (Alma Delia); and his daughter Marisol Reyna; his sister Flora Lopez and his sister Idalia Hernandez; his grandson Nelson Gonzalez, his granddaughter Brianna Nicole Reyna, his granddaughter Clarissa Janel Aboytes (Jesus) and his granddaughter Emma Renee Reyna.

Rene was preceded in death by his father Roque Reyna and his mother Teodula Olivarez.

A visitation for Rene will be held Monday, January 30, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and a rosary at 7:00 PM, at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission, TX. A Chapel Service will occur Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 10:00 AM, at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission and a burial will follow at 11:00 AM at Valley Memorial Gardens, Mission, TX.
