He is survived by his wife, Sylvia A. Treviño, his three daughters, Cynthia, Leslie, and Daniella, his son-in-laws, Jesus and Mariano, who will forever carry his strength, humor, and wisdom in their hearts.
Robert was proud to have served his country as a member of the United States Army. He had a deep appreciation for history, movies, and music. He had a sharp mind, a quick sense of humor, and could brighten any room with his clever wit. He had a generous spirit, and had a way to bring laughter to anyone around him. Robert was a gifted storyteller; he shared his love of learning and joy for life with everyone.
He adored his grandchildren — Estéban, Sebastián, Fabián, Ashley, Justin, Brittney, Gabriel, Daniella, Roberto, Natalia, Alannah, and Aaliyah — and his great-grandchildren — Alexander, Isabella, Sofia, Nicholas, and Amelia — who brought so much pride and joy to his days.
Robert’s memory will live on through the love he gave, the stories he told, and the laughter he inspired. His family will forever miss his presence but take comfort in knowing his spirit remains in their hearts with them always.
