He is survived by his wife Petra Salinas; his children Alisia Salinas(Johnny Barrera), Ismael Salinas(Adelita), Romualdo Salinas Jr.(Myriam), Juan Antonio "Tony" Salinas(Miriam), Esther Salinas and Filiberto Salinas(Romelia); he is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, September 10, 2021 at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Mission. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mission.
