Mrs. Rosa Molina was born and raised in McAllen, and at a very early age came to know Christ as her personal savior while attending the Iglesia Biblica with her mother and siblings. She demonstrated her love for and trust in God through reading and writing scriptures as well as singing her favorite hymns especially during family singalongs.
As a young girl, Rosita, as she was called, loved going to school and loved learning. When she could no longer go to school, she continued self-educating herself through reading and writing.
Rosa married at a very young age, and dedicated her life to caring for and raising a family. She instilled in her seven children to love and support each other regardless of the circumstance. She always prayed for them and their families. She had an eternal love for her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Rosa loved writing in her journals. It was her way of expressing her feelings and thoughts about her family and friends as well as sharing events important to her. She also enjoyed writing letters and sending cards to her family and friends. She also loved to dance to her favorite music. She did make every effort to teach her children how to dance.
