He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years Emma Alanis; his daughters Maribel(Epi Garza) Alanis, Julissa(Glademir Alaniz) Alanis, Nancy Alanis and Frances(Ramiro De Leon) Alanis; his grandchildren Sujey, Alberto, Samantha, Sabrina, Julian, Celeste, Shay and Dezirae; his great-grandchildren Alberto II, Jaime Alvaro and Noeh Adalberto; and by his siblings Ricardo Alanis, Reynol Alanis and Aracely Sandoval.
A visitation for Rusbel will be held Monday, August 4, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel, 3611 N TAYLOR Rr, Mission, TX 78573 with a prayer service at 7:00 pm. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, August 5, 2025 from 10:00 AM at Funeraria Del Angel. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
