Sharon was born on February 7, 1936 in Sioux Falls, SD to Lloyd and Eulalia Gerry.
Sharon was the life of the party. She loved people and was loved by anyone who met her. We used to say “mom could talk to a rock.”
Sharon was very versatile in her professions. She was a bookkeeper, piano and accordion teacher, activity director, and tour guide to name a few. She was an avid bowler in her younger years. She loved camping and taking care of her plants.
She was married to John (Jim) Perryman and John Kramer. She finally found the love of her life when she moved to the Rio Grande Valley. She and Jesse Hernandez had 7 wonderful years together.
Sharon is survived by her daughter and spouse Pam and Jim Nelson; and her son Brian Perryman. She had 3 grandchildren – Jennifer Senter, Christopher Perryman, and Sarah Stein. She also had 5 great grandchildren – Kayla Senter, Nathan Stein, Alex Senter, Bethany Perryman, and Natalie Stein. Sharon is also survived by her sisters Janice Lund and Robin Krambeck.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Jackie Erickson, and a brother Thomas Gerry.
