Born on November 6, 1950, to Magdalena Bazan Corral in Durango, Mexico.
She is survived with deep sorrow by her five children, Maria Consuelo (Carlos David) Medina, Artemio Ruben (San Juanita Ramirez) Lopez, Maricela Guadalupe (Jack Anthony) Hartman, Sandra (Elias Medina) Balli, Magali S. (Lonnie) Holder; fifteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren and one on the way; many more family and friends.
Socorro is reunited in heaven with her mom, Magdalena Bazan Corral; grandson, Rodolfo Paz III.
A viewing will be held at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission on Thursday, September 3, 2026, from 5pm to 9pm with a rosary service at 7pm. Funeral Mass will be on Friday, September 4, 2026, at 2pm followed by burial at Valley Memorial Gardens.
