Born in La Victoria, Valle, Colombia, he was the son of Jaime Enrique Lemos and Maria Teresa Rebellon.
He was employed at Saddleback Unified School District for 15 years.
He enjoyed cycling, amateur radio, soccer, computers, kites, model airplanes, fishing, and reading. He will be remembered for his smile, his laugh, his humor, for being empathetic, his love of learning, and his willingness to help others.
He is survived by his wife Gina, children Tattiana and Michael, his mother Maria Teresa, siblings, nieces, nephews, and his fur baby Lola.
