Setsuko Bernice Sipes was born May 5, 1926 in Newcastle, California to Seiichi Muraoka of Hawaii and Teru Shiraki of Japan. Setsuko settled in San Francisco until 2002 when she relocated to Orange County. Setsuko passed away on May 20, 2017 in Mission Viejo. She is survived by her son Dennis and daughter in law, Nancy. Memorial Services will be held on Sunday, June 4, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Fairhaven Memorial Services Chapel, 27856 Center Drive, Mission Viejo, CA. A reception will follow the services in the reception center.
