Carol Marguerite Vaughn was born April 22, 1934 in Pocatello, Idaho to Ernest Norman Vaughn and Mary Juliet Cannon Vaughn. Carol attended Pocatello High school and met Claude Ellis Milligan at Idaho State. They married in Pocatello on September 7, 1953.
Carol and Claude had three children - Catherine Ann, Tamara Lea and Michael Hall. Carol and Claude moved to Boise, Idaho and raised their family there until 1963 when they relocated to Riverside, California.
Carol became an addiction therapist in 1991 and continued to work for the next 20 years in this field. Carol and Claude retired to San Juan Capistrano in 2001 and lived there until they both passed.
