Is this the same Mr Richard Cowan who owned and operated the Public Motors Auction house in Santa Ana? Ive got so much I wanted to share with him. Can anybody confirm?

Richard lives on in our collective memories. He stands out in mine as totally authentic and admirable. Richard and I were section mates at HBS. It’s been years since we saw each other. But in a second I conjure up his grin, smile, and voice.  I imagine him looking straight at me, tilting his head, nodding slowly and saying a few warm, affirming words.  Ever the Californian, Richard’s intellect would catch tense east coasters by surprise. He was unperturbed by this, as you’d expect from the real deal. I am so sorry for his family’s loss. Many more than you might realize will miss him. 

I just found out about Richards' passing. I'm sorry for your family's loss. Richard was such a great human being and client. I enjoyed developing new marketing strategies and designing graphics and websites for each of his business endeavors. He was the smartest person I knew, and to which I had the pleasure of working with. He was one of the few rare exceptional clients who truly understood digital marketing fundamentals because of his high level of intelligence. It was always a pleasure trading back and forth ideas for new marketing strategies and website designs while tracking all the analytical data. His attention to marketing details was quite impressive and inspiring. I owe a great deal of gratitude to everything I learned from him over the years and to the advancement of my career considering he was always trying to push the boundaries and raise the bar to the next level. Richard was also a great mentor who helped shape my digital marketing and design skills over the course of working together. It was always such a great honor developing under his direction and guidance. He will be greatly missed. I send my warmest regards and sincerest condolences. I’m terribly sorry for your family's loss. 

I hope and pray his soul finds peace on the other side. May God humbly accept Richard with open arms and grace up to the Heavens for all eternity.

I just found out from Damon that Richard passed away on may 19.  Ziba, I am so so sorry to hear this.  I had absolutely no inkling that he was ill?  Richard was so blessed to have you as his partner in life, to support him in his business and personal endeavors, and to raise two fine boys.  I know how committed and devoted you were to being a wife and mother.

Please take good care of yourself.  I hope you are able to surround yourself with people, places and things to give yourself the comfort and support you need at this time.
