Deborah Ann Beard

Deborah Ann Beard, 77, of Oakmont, PA and Irvine, CA passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2024, after a year of health issues related to her kidneys. She was born August 31, 1946, in Oakmont, PA, a daughter of the late George “Doc” and Irene Soell. She was a 1964 graduate of Riverview High School and was a member of Riverside Community Church before moving to Southern California in 2006. She loved her friends and family dearly. She loved God and attending church and small group, she enjoyed cook outs and sunshine, spending time with her kids and grandkids, she loved lunches and coffee with her girlfriends, and she loved all Pittsburgh sports.

She was preceded in death by brother Keith E. Soell and is survived by brothers Jeffrey George (Cindy) Soell and Robin L. (Beverley) Soell. Deborah is survived by her three sons, Brett Walter (Lydia) Beard of Newport Beach, CA, Garrett William (Lindsay) Beard of Upper St Clair, PA, and Drew Edward Beard of Phoenix, AZ; one daughter, April Irene (Jake) Straub of Mission Viejo, CA; and 9 grandchildren, Madison Deborah Beard, Brett Beard, Lydia Zepeda, Christian Beard, Nicole Zepeda, Diego Zepeda, Camryn Straub, Anna and Kendal Beard.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Mariner's Church Chapel, 5001 Newport Coast Dr, Irvine, CA 92603.
