Frances Marion Kinneberg, 83, passed away March 14, 2023 at her home in Mission Viejo, Ca. Fran was born and raised in ST. Paul, Minnesota. She graduated from University H.S. and also attended the University of Minnesota. Fran and her new husband Dave moved to Southern California in the early 1960's and located permanently in Orange County in 1966. In addition to her homemaker duties and raising a family, Fran worked for various companies doing payroll work. After many years with the Santa Ana Unified School District payroll dept., Fran retired in the 1990's. Fran was an avid reader and always seemed to have a knitting project she was working on. Fran is survived by her husband Dave of 62 years, and daughter Barbara, son Bill, and five grandchildren: Beth, Miranda, Diana, Zack and Nick.
