Karl Darren Faller, age 52, of Mission Viejo, California passed away suddenly on Monday June 17, 2019. Darren was born August 21, 1966 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and grew up in East Hanover, New Jersey. Darren worked as an IT professional when not focusing on his career as a musician. He married his wife Marilyn in 2005 and together they moved to southern California in 2010 to fulfill a lifelong dream of living on the west coast. In California, Darren worked as a studio musician and also unofficially as managing partner of "Camp Faller" for all of the beloved dogs in his life.
Darren was the proud father of Amanda Auty, and grandfather to Landon Auty. He is survived by his wife, daughter, grandson, son-in-law Joshua, parents Karl and Alice Faller, brother Brett, sister-in-law Colleen, nieces Nicole and Jessica, his dog Maya, and many friends both personal and professional.
A celebration of Darren's life will be held on Friday, June 28, 2019 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Hancliffe Funeral Home, 222 Ridgedale Ave., East Hanover, NJ 07936, followed by a buffet dinner at Ravello Banquets, 138 Eagle Rock Avenue, East Hanover, NJ 07936.
